About Polymorphic

Hi, and thanks for dropping by, my name is Shey, and I like helping people.

I’ve held many titles over my career– Engineering Manager is one of my favourites.

As one I learned a few things:

• always be curious,
• hiring is important,
• hiring managers do a terrible job of explaining what they’re looking for.

Polymorphic.ca bridges the gap between the hiring manager and recruiter-- with the hopes to make the process a little less painful for the candidate and the recruiter.
